Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling.
• Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production.
• Track production WIP and manage inventory within production areas.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and maintenance activities.
• Identify production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop SOPs and equipment guidelines to improve production consistency.
• Support initiatives that improve product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Participate in 5S and workplace safety initiatives.
• Train and guide production team members on manufacturing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Prepare production reports and monitor performance against targets.
• Stay updated with modern manufacturing technologies and engineering practices.
