Job summary

Sisco Jobs is seeking a Safety Manager for a client in Dubai, UAE to lead health, safety and environmental programs and ensure compliance with local regulations. You will oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, training, and record-keeping while coordinating emergency preparedness activities.

The role requires strong knowledge of HSE standards, effective reporting, and the ability to drive continuous safety improvements across the organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Advanced HSE qualification preferred.
• Certifications in occupational health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve workplace health and safety programs.
• Conduct workplace risk assessments, hazard identification exercises, and safety inspections.
• Monitor compliance with applicable HSE requirements and internal safety procedures.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety audits and track corrective actions through closure.
• Develop and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training.
• Establish emergency-response procedures and coordinate drills and preparedness activities.
• Maintain HSE records, incident reports, inspection findings, and management reports.
