The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in supervisory warehouse roles, strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, and proven ability to mentor staff while maintaining safety and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within warehouse operations.
• Experience managing teams of 20–50 warehouse associates.
• Experience in inventory-driven environments.
• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Supervise inbound put-away, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Train, mentor and schedule warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Implement quality control checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Track warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate returns management and inventory movement activities.
