Job summary

Puffy seeks an interim legal consultant for an initial monthly retainer to cover commercial, corporate, family-office investments and CEO personal matters. Remote or on-site by agreement; Dubai business hours availability required.

You will draft and review contracts, oversee due diligence, manage cross-border matters with external counsel, and coordinate AI-assisted document production while maintaining strict confidentiality. Potential to move into full-time in-house role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer in good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
• Hands-on experience with commercial drafting and legal research.
• Experience coordinating cross-border matters with external counsel.
• Proficiency using AI for legal work with verifiable outputs.
• Clear written communication and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review vendor, retail and affiliate agreements; support negotiations.
• Review e-commerce pages, pricing and terms for legal issues; document findings.
• Support review of fund subscriptions, side letters and investment documents.
• Prepare research, case summaries for disputes and regulatory inquiries.
• Coordinate cross-border matters and supervise with senior review.
