Simmons Adaptive in Dubai seeks an interim consultant lawyer to support the firm's clients across the Middle East. The role offers exposure to high-profile matters while working with a sponsoring Partner and client teams.

You will bring qualified legal experience in Commercial, Corporate, Financial Services Regulatory, Global Markets, or Banking & Finance, with a pragmatic, collaborative approach and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Qualified lawyers with relevant experience gained in private practice and/or in-house legal teams
• Strong technical expertise within one or more areas: Commercial, Corporate, Financial Services Regulatory, Global Markets, Banking & Finance
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice; able to work in a dynamic environment

Responsabilidades

• Engage on consultancy opportunities with Simmons Adaptive clients across the Middle East
• Collaborate with a sponsoring Partner and client teams on assignments
• Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines with practical legal solutions
