You will open new markets and products and lead the medical sales team across commercial, operational and regulatory work, guiding strategy and delivering strong results in a dynamic healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• 10+ years in UAE medical trading or healthcare.
• Proven leadership and business development record.
• Strong network in the UAE healthcare market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the medical trading division, owning sales, BD, revenue and profitability.
• Build and manage relationships with medical principals, suppliers, hospitals and healthcare groups.
• Open new markets and products to expand the division's footprint.
• Lead the medical sales team across commercial, operational and regulatory work.
• Drive strategy, performance and regulatory compliance to achieve targets.
