Job summary

Masa Group in Dubai is seeking an Electrical Technician / Electrician (m/f/d) for international field service to install and commission Masa plants across the Middle East and Africa.

You will modify, upgrade and extend existing plant systems, install control cabinets, wire machines and interpret electrical diagrams, and troubleshoot on-site. Extensive international travel is required, with stays of 4–6 weeks, and assignments at the Dubai office when not on project.

Qualifications

• Experience with control cabinet installation, plant wiring and reading electrical schematics.
• Experience with 400V electrical systems.
• Knowledge of SEW servo drives, three-phase induction motors and Siemens PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Masa plants on project sites across the Middle East and Africa.
• Modify, upgrade, and extend existing plant systems.
• Control cabinet installation, machine wiring, and interpretation of electrical diagrams.
• Electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and on-site technical support.
• International travel assignments with extended stays of approximately 4–6 weeks per trip.
• Working at the Dubai office when no project assignment is active.
