Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and service mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems across varied client sites in the UAE. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of hydraulic and centrifugal pumps and coordinating with on-site staff and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of field service experience, reads hydraulic/electrical/mechanical prints, and can read PLC ladder logic. Travel up to 70% and valid licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Education at AS/AAS level or equivalent with relevant field experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to read hydraulic, electrical and mechanical prints and PLC ladder logic.
• Experience installing multimillion dollar capital equipment.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new systems including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot and rebuild hydraulic and centrifugal pumps.
• Lead on-site project staff and external contractors.
• Provide training to customers and staff in classroom and practical settings.
• Perform preventative maintenance and retrofits on customer sites.
• Manage project administration and reporting.
• Ensure personal and site staff safety and quality assurance.
