Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Plant Electrician with a strong background in the ready-mix concrete industry to maintain, troubleshoot and install electrical systems for batching plants, motors, MCC panels, VFDs and PLCs. The role requires diagnosing faults quickly and ensuring continuous plant operations.

Candidates should have 3–5 years UAE experience, be able to read electrical drawings, and possess an ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Plant Electrician in the UAE/ready-mix sector.
• Strong knowledge of batching plant electrical systems and industrial automation.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors and control panels.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot faults.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
• Basic English communication skills.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in batching plants and production equipment.
• Maintain motors, MCC panels, VFDs, PLC systems, sensors and control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical equipment.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning and upgrades.
• Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports.
