Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support sales and marketing activities, coordinate orders and logistics, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the order journey.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong Excel and reporting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a multinational, fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
• Engage in regional customer support activities including accurate entry of orders, quotes and RMAs, and maintenance of special specifications.
• Communicate deliverables and resolve customer service issues with guidance from supervisor and peers.
• Complete and pass required customer service certifications.
• Use judgment and company policies to resolve standard in-region problems.
