Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive based in Dubai to drive new business within the region. You will own a territory, develop a proactive outbound cadence, and work with Solution Architects to close strategic, net-new logos.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with channel and ecosystem partners, and drive revenue growth while delivering a superior customer experience in a fast-paced software environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field/enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing new logos.
• Experience targeting Digital Native startups, unicorns, VC-funded companies in a regional market.
• Ability to own a territory and build proactive outbound pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
• Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders and technical end users.
• Build strong relationships to create growth opportunities and revenue.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
• Participate in sales enablement trainings and leadership development programs.
