TALENTMATE (for DP World) is seeking a mid-level Legal Counsel to support senior management in Dubai. The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad spectrum of documents, including consultancy agreements, service contracts, leases, MOUs, and NDAs.

You will identify legal issues in transactions, provide commercially oriented recommendations, and manage communications with external counsel to secure cost efficiency while upholding regulatory compliance and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Mid-level legal professional capable of analyzing material legal queries and maintaining legal records.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a range of legal documents, including consultancy, services and lease agreements, MOUs and NDAs.
• Identify legal issues in transactions and provide commercially focused recommendations.
• Coordinate with external counsel to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
