Talents Tide seeks a seasoned solicitor to provide comprehensive legal support to the business across corporate and commercial matters in Dubai. The role focuses on strategic advice, contract drafting and oversight of the IP portfolio, ensuring risk is managed and escalated appropriately.

The candidate will advise on corporate structures, governance and activities, while coordinating with external counsel on international projects. 10+ years PQE and relevant qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or other relevant jurisdiction.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate laws and practices in Dubai.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal support and strategic advice on corporate/commercial matters.
• Lead drafting, review and negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements.
• Manage and oversee the business intellectual property portfolio.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, escalating to Head of Legal.
• Advise on corporate structures, governance and activities.
• Coordinate with external counsel for international projects.
