Confidential International Telecom & Digital Services Group in Dubai seeks an entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and drive international growth. The role blends strategic finance leadership with commercial decision-making, treasury and transformation across multi-country operations.

This is a board-ready, hands-on position requiring deep IFRS expertise, multi-currency treasury skills and experience guiding complex restructurings or M&A initiatives.

Qualifications

• 18–25 years of finance experience including CFO/Finance Director roles.
• Experience in international telecom/digital/subscription businesses.
• Strong UAE/GCC exposure, Dubai-based preferable.
• Proven capability in M&A, restructuring and corporate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dubai-based international finance function and scalable operating model.
• Partner with the CEO/Chairman on strategy, growth, profitability and capital allocation.
• Drive commercial finance: pricing, customer economics, ARPU, churn and profitability.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance management.
• Lead treasury, liquidity, cash-flow and working capital across countries.
• Oversee international tax, VAT, transfer pricing and intercompany structures.
• Strengthen controls, governance, risk management and statutory reporting.
• Lead finance transformation, ERP and MI initiatives.
