Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hotel’s catering, conference, and social event sales locally, including local corporate and social catering opportunities.
• Collaborate with off-property sales channels to align activities and maximize opportunities.
• Respond promptly to catering inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Identify and solicit new catering and event business to hit revenue objectives.
• Leverage market dynamics and revenue strategies to secure profitable opportunities.
• Utilize negotiation and selling techniques to close contracts and upsell services.
• Develop innovative catering, conference, and social event solutions aligned with client needs.
• Maximize revenue through strategic upselling of event packages, F&B, and value-added services.
• Manage catering sales revenue and budgets, and prepare forecasts and performance reports.
• Oversee proposals, contracts, and client communications to ensure smooth delivery.
• Demonstrate brand service standards and daily service excellence practices.
• Resolve guest concerns with operations to ensure timely satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to financial success by increasing revenues and delivering ROI.

Education
