Job summary

SAP BusinessObjects in Dubai invites applications for an Associate PMO. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years PMO experience, with Arabic and English fluency mandatory. You will collaborate with resourcing teams, coordinate resources across programs, and help maintain CMDB and project artefacts.

You will prepare status and timesheet reports, support onboarding/offboarding, communicate project status to teams, and assist with QA and risk tracking. On-site in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably 0-2 years of experience in PMO.
• Arabic and English language proficiency, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with resourcing teams to coordinate, manage, and track resource allocations across the program.
• Organize and lead meetings to ensure alignment and track project progress.
• Manage the configuration management database (CMDB) for projects.
• Maintain a shared repository for project artefacts and ensure appropriate access control.
• Prepare project status reports by coordinating with workstream leads and managers.
• Prepare timesheet reports for various programs and ensure timely completion through regular follow-ups.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and coordinate with the Project Manager and team members to resolve blockers.
• Ensure all project-related risks and delays are properly documented and tracked.
• Support quarterly assurance activities and other quality assurance and control processes.
