Job summary

Addmind Hospitality in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Artists Liaison Officer for seasonal work to coordinate bookings, contracts and artist schedules across our nightlife venues. You will be the primary contact for artists, agents, and venue teams, ensuring seamless communication and flawless pre-event planning.

Responsibilities include travel logistics, visas, accommodation, rider fulfillment, schedule coordination, and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years in artist liaison, talent management, event coordination or similar role.
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, F&B or entertainment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Artist Coordination & Booking Support: main contact for artists/agents; coordinate bookings, contracts and schedules; liaise with agencies.
• Travel & Logistics Management: arrange travel, visas, accommodation and ground transport; fulfill hospitality riders; coordinate soundchecks and on-site needs.
• Stakeholder Communication: organize pre-event meetings; prepare itineraries and updates for venue management, marketing and operations.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain contracts and rider records; prepare post-event summaries; archive documentation; ensure compliance.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify risks; maintain issue log; support contingency plans and timely resolutions.
• Administrative & Financial Support: assist with bookings, payments, deposits, invoices; help procure artist services.
