BEAUTY & PERFUMES INTERNATIONAL FACTORY LLC in Dubai seeks an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage UAE and GCC operations, expand to global markets, and optimize listings and ads. You will handle KYC, VAT, and brand registry while building a strong Brand Store and A+ content, ensuring inventory health and policy compliance across regions.

The role requires 3–5 years in Amazon Seller Central, experience across FBA/FBM, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
• 2 years on Amazon.ae and/or Amazon.sa.
• Experience launching a brand on at least one marketplace outside the GCC.
• Managed Amazon Ads campaigns with a monthly budget and proven results.
• Built Brand Store and A+ content; Brand Registry knowledge.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiar with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive or similar.
• Excellent written English; Arabic is a strong advantage for GCC listings.
• Based in Dubai with a UAE residence visa or able to transfer visa.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field.

Responsibilities

• Account and marketplace setup for UAE, KSA and Egypt, expanding to US/UK/EU via Global Selling.
• Handle marketplace registration, KYC, tax and VAT settings, and bank setup.
• Register and manage brand in Amazon Brand Registry and use Transparency/Project Zero.
• Create and optimise listings (ASINs), variations, bulk uploads; write English and Arabic copy.
• Build and update Amazon Brand Store across marketplaces; coordinate product media.
• Plan and run Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products/Brands/Displays; manage bids and budgets to hit ROAS targets.
• Drive external traffic via social media and influencers.
• Manage FBA/FBM fulfilment, stock forecasting, and catalogue health; monitor policy compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and ad spend reports by marketplace.
