Job summary

DRD GENERAL TRADING LLC in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Amazon Specialist to drive growth across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Trendyol and other UAE and KSA marketplaces. This full-time on-site role requires hands-on management of listings and campaigns.

You will optimize product content, perform keyword research, manage PPC and reports, coordinate inventory, and work with internal teams to improve overall marketplace performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce and Amazon marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and reporting.
• Experience with inventory management, order processing, and sales analysis.
• Familiarity with UAE and KSA e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces, with a strong focus on Amazon.
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Conduct product, keyword, and competitor research using Helium 10, Keepa, and similar tools.
• Monitor sales performance, advertising spend, profitability, and marketplace KPIs.
• Process purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage inventory replenishment.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and product availability across platforms.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales and advertising performance reports.
• Resolve listing issues, account-related concerns, and operational challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace representatives to improve overall performance.
