Job summary

This full-time role requires proven UAE trading/distribution sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to close contracts while liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Field Sales or B2B sales within UAE trading or distribution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is advantageous; driving license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Present, promote, and sell our diverse range of products to prospective customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise sales revenue and profitability.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from sale to delivery.
