Job summary

Nevertiti Star Trading in Dubai is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive growth by sourcing new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic B2B environment. You will identify opportunities through networking, meetings, and site visits, present our product range, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery cycle.

A valid UAE driving licence and fluency in English (Arabic helpful) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Sales Executive or similar B2B role in UAE trading/distribution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with proactive approach.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty.
• Present and promote our products to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order-to-delivery experience.
