Job summary

PrivatPort in Dubai is seeking an Operations Officer OCC to join the OCC Dubai team. This entry‑to‑mid‑level role focuses on trip support, ground handling coordination, and billing data entry under supervision of the Operations Specialist and Duty Manager.

You will process trip files, issue GHOs, log costs, and maintain real‑time data in OCC systems and FBO1, ensuring accuracy across the trip lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in aviation operations.
• Basic understanding of trip support, permits, and ground handling.
• Able to learn OCC platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned trip files accurately and in a timely manner under supervision.
• Apply for overflight and landing permits using approved portals.
• Coordinate fuel uplifts, catering orders, crewHOTAC, and transport.
• Record client instructions and special requests in trip files.
• Maintain and update trip files and system records throughout the shift.
• Flag delays or issues to supervisor for escalation.
