RAK Airport is seeking an experienced OCC Controller to oversee operations control for ground handling and airport functions. You will manage movement recording, load control, AMS planning and coordination with stakeholders to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will lead OCC Coordinators, prioritize service quality, and direct ramp staff to achieve targets. The role requires handling emergencies swiftly and maintaining strong collaboration with aviation regulators and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of principles and practices governing the operation of airport.
• Professional Qualifications: UAE driving licence; preferred with ADP; awareness of airport operations, contracts and IATA regulations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee OCC operations, coordinate ground handling and airport functions; ensure accurate movement recording and resource allocation.
• Lead OCC Coordinators; prioritize safety, service quality and efficiency to meet airline needs.
• Direct ramp team to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle emergencies promptly, activating stakeholders for swift response.
• Review AMS software and coordinate updates; monitor performance with the Ground Handling Manager.
