Job summary

LANG Middle East in Dubai, UAE, is hiring for a full-time on-site receptionist and data-entry role. You will enter quotes and job details into our ERP system, keep client and job records tidy, and prepare paperwork for each job.

Role Description

This full-time role is based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position keeps the quoting function running smoothly and supports the team across rental and sales operations and client care.

Day-to-day responsibilities include entering quotes and job details into our ERP system, keeping client and job records tidy and up to date, and making sure paperwork is ready for each job.

The role also involves welcoming clients and visitors to the office and showroom, and helping look after guests during demos and training sessions.

Working closely with the commercial, operations and finance teams, the ideal candidate will be a friendly first point of contact for LANG Middle East

Discretion and confidentiality are really important to us. We support many clients in a small industry, some of whom compete with each other, so you’ll need to keep details of our projects and clients totally private & confidential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong attention to detail and be comfortable with accurate data entry.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a warm and professional manner when hosting clients.
• Candidates should have proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and be quick to pick up new systems.
• Candidates should be organised, flexible and happy to switch between tasks during the day.
• A prior knowledge of the AV industry is preferred but not essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in Dubai and collaborating within a multicultural team; prior office or reception experience is an advantage.
