Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years banking experience (Corporate/SME preferred).
• UAE-based experience is required.
• Experience in account opening, documentation review and service request handling.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new-to-bank customers within the segment; build a pipeline for portfolio growth.
• Manage assigned portfolio of lower-tier clients; deepen wallet share and identify opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end client handling: onboarding, KYC checks, documentation, activation, and service requests.
• Coordinate with operations and compliance for smooth execution; primary contact for day-to-day client needs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, including Sharia if applicable, and maintain updated KYC/ODD.
• Document call memos and monitor portfolio performance to achieve financial targets.
