Responsibilities

• Spearhead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure guests receive 최고의 experience.
• Lead talent sourcing, hiring, mentoring, and development within the department with a cohesive training program.
• Monitor revenue targets and control costs, including beverage cost and payroll, within budgets.
• Conduct daily briefings and liaise with other departments to maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and maintenance.
• Oversee reservations with the team to optimize productivity, guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure beverage quality, presentation and inventory control meet luxury standards.
