Job summary

Antal International in Dubai seeks an Assistant Procurement Manager to support daily procurement operations, order coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration with Projects, Production and Suppliers. The role requires 5–8 years in architectural/hardware products, with at least 2 years of team leadership.

Diploma/B.Tech is preferred and the position is full‑time on-site. You'll monitor ETAs, maintain priority lists, follow up on urgent orders, and prepare regular reports on open and delayed

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech preferred.
• 5–8 years experience in architectural/hardware products.
• At least 2 years of team handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement Manager in daily procurement activities and department coordination.
• Follow up all aluminum extrusion orders directly with the extruders.
• Monitor extrusion, die preparation, coating, packing, and delivery status.
• Update ETAs daily and maintain the project priority list.
• Follow up urgent and delayed orders and escalated critical issues.
• Coordinate with the Aluminum RFQ/PO team after order placement.
• Coordinate between Procurement, Projects, Production, Warehouse, and suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery commitments.
• Prepare regular reports for open, delayed, and priority orders.
