Responsibilities

• Lead and manage approximately 15-20 grocery store supervisors across an assigned geographical area.
• Monitor daily store performance and ensure operational priorities are understood and executed consistently.
• Supervise the complete grocery order fulfillment flow from picking through packing and rider handover.
• Maintain close control over order preparation times and fulfillment accuracy.
• Ensure pickers and supervisors follow approved food handling, packing, hygiene, and operating procedures.
• Monitor picker utilization and identify opportunities to improve workforce productivity.
• Track item replacement compliance and ensure substitution procedures are followed accurately.
• Monitor out-of-stock levels and work with relevant teams to minimize availability issues.
• Balance operational efficiency with customer experience to avoid compromising service quality.
• Develop store-specific workflows where local conditions require tailoring.
