Lift Mart Elevators & Escalators LLC in the UAE is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to support the finance team. You will manage customer collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and inventory records in the ERP.

The role requires accuracy in an engineering contracting environment, with strong AR/AP experience and solid ERP skills to help close books and ensure VAT compliance.

Qualificações

• Strong accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
• Good analytical skills and experience using an ERP system.
• Ability to work accurately in an engineering or contracting environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Review supplier invoices and coordinate payments.
• Reconcile customer, supplier, bank, and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accounting and inventory records in the ERP system.
• Support financial closing, audit documentation, and UAE VAT records.
