Job summary

AthGADLANG is seeking an experienced General Accountant to support its finance operations on a 4-month contractual assignment in Dubai, on-site. The role focuses on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing within a real estate/property management context.

The successful candidate will manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and ensure IFRS/UAE accounting compliance, reporting timely financial statements and supporting internal/external

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years accounting experience, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
• Strong hands-on experience in AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Knowledge of tenant accounting, rent collections, and property-related financial transactions is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of IFRS and UAE accounting practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices and allocate expenses.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare tenant invoices and monitor rent collections.
• Record transactions in ERP and post journal entries.
• Perform month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure IFRS and UAE accounting compliance.
