Future Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Director for a major airport expansion in Dubai. You will provide overall leadership across delivery, build the project team and set the delivery strategy to ensure successful execution of runway and related heavy civil works.

The role requires extensive senior management experience in major civil engineering or infrastructure construction, with a proven record of delivering large, complex projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior management experience in major civil engineering or infrastructure construction.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex construction projects.
• Experience delivering airport infrastructure, runway works or similar heavy civil schemes.
• Strong programme management, commercial awareness and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership across all aspects of project delivery.
• Develop and execute the project delivery strategy and construction programme.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team.
• Assume responsibility for programme, budget, quality, safety and contractual performance.
• Oversee runway and related infrastructure works.
• Manage senior client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
• Identify and manage project risks and delivery challenges.
• Provide regular performance and programme reporting to the Operations Director.
