Job summary

The Impact Pro is supporting a leading contracting company in Dubai to recruit an experienced Project Director to lead delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception through completion.

We seek a senior construction leader with substantial Dubai/Middle East experience, strong contractual and commercial capabilities, and a proven record of successfully delivering complex projects, including contract management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification is a MUST.
• 20+ years of experience in construction supervision and project management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects, including contract experience.
• Extensive Middle East construction experience, particularly in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes and regulations.
• Expertise in project strategy, planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost forecasting and resource optimization.
• Strong experience in contract negotiation, subcontractor management and stakeholder/client management.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary and cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED processes is valued.
