Job summary

Built Recruitment is seeking a Project Director (Airport Infrastructure) in Dubai to lead a major airport construction programme. The role requires senior leadership across scope, schedule, QA/QC, safety, and commercial performance, with strong client-facing abilities.

The successful candidate will manage large multidisciplinary teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations and GCC/UAE standards. A tax-free remuneration package is expected on experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading major construction projects.
• Proven experience in complex infrastructure.
• Airport / aviation project experience.
• Experience managing major multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership for a major Airport construction programme in Dubai.
• Ensure successful delivery of scope, programme, commercial performance, quality, HSE and client requirements.
