InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay & Kimpton Sevn Dubai, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seek a Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across two luxury brands. You will own end-to-end hiring, build pipelines, and partner with leaders to align talent with business goals.

You’ll support pre-opening recruitment for Kimpton Sevn Dubai, navigate UAE labour laws, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while shaping workforce strategy across both properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Talent Acquisition experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Experience in hotel pre-opening recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE talent market and employment legislation.
• Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and employer branding.
• Organized, proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about people.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across both properties.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Support high-volume and pre-opening recruitment activities.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Track recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with company standards, UAE labor legislation, and local employment requirements.
