Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport guests, staff, and catering services within Dubai and surrounding areas
• Maintain strong knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, and alternative routes to ensure timely transportation
• Assist guests with luggage handling and provide courteous support during pick-up and drop-off
• Share basic information about hotel services and local attractions when required
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well maintained, and fueled at all times
• Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and report mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times
• Coordinate with hotel departments to support smooth guest transportation services
• Attend training sessions related to driving safety and service standards

Ideal Profile

• Valid UAE driving license with minimum three years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
