Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a reliable Driver for showroom and workshop transportation, test drives, and parts delivery. You will move vehicles between reception, workshop, and parking areas, ensure keys and documents are in order, and support smooth daily operations.

The role requires High School/Technical School education, 2–3 years in tyre/automotive brands, and a UAE driving license with knowledge of traffic rules.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
• 2-3 years experience in tyre/automotive brands is preferred.
• Good understanding of traffic rules and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with test drives.
• Move vehicles within showroom and workshop, and manage parking areas.
• Ensure all vehicle keys are returned and properly stored.
• Coordinate parts collection and delivery to suppliers and locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in reception and KNOP/parking areas.
• Discipline and adherence to company rules; ensure safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and assisting with test drivesHandle vehicles traffic in and around the showroom and workshop Move the customer vehicles at various stages of repairs from car receipt until delivery Ensure all vehicle keys are returned and kept in the specified place immediately after parking the vehicle Report to Superior immediately in case of accidentEnsure efficient and safe movement of vehicles within the workshop namely from and to Workshop Reception shop floor parking areas washing bays etc Ensure to install all courtesy items steering cover floor mat and seat cover etc In the customer vehicle Upon receiving the KEY from the foreman it is the duty of the driver to bring the service accident vehicle from parking yard to the respective work area Once the vehicle is ready after the washing the vehicle need to be send back to the KNOP and should be parked in the designated areaEnsure the reception parking area neat and vehicles parked in organized way At the end of day make sure no vehicle parked in reception parking area and knop area

Collection and Delivery of Parts - Go to suppliers or locations to pick up transfer deliver parts in good shape hand over proper invoicing or documentations

Vehicle Maintenance Registration - Ensure periodic maintenance and renewal of annual registration of workshop vehicles Maintain vehicle in proper condition and to maintain hygiene and self-discipline

Fill the necessary logs for outside tripsGuests Staff Customer Transportation Transport technicians daily from company accommodation to and from workplace Also transport VIP Visitors customers and staff to specific destination when required In some cases collection and delivery of vehicles from customer s premises Transport technicians daily from company accommodation to and from workplace Also transport VIP Visitors customers and staff to specific destination when required In some cases collection and delivery of vehicles from customer s premises

Discipline - Maintain discipline in the service establishment through strict adherence of company rules regulations and procedures

Airport Pick up - Ensure that new recruits are picked up from airport and bring to company accommodation Assist new recruits for medical proceedings emirates ID application and other relevant matters Transmit HR and other relevant documents concerning employees to and from HREnsure W S and personal safety procedures and requirements are strictly followed as per SOP

Cash Cheques Deposits Encashment and Outstanding Dues - Go to locations to pick up collections and deposit cash cheques to banks encash petty cash cheques handover documents and cash to concerned personnel

Work Experience

2 -3- Years in reputable Tyre/Automotive brand

Competencies

Can drive light/heavy-duty vehicles with valid UAE Driving License.Good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
