Job summary

Ali & Sons Oil & Gas is seeking a Sales Engineer – Drilling Products to support sourcing, supplier evaluation, and timely delivery of drilling equipment to UAE clients. You will develop technical and commercial proposals and manage relationships with international principals and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales engineering or drilling products in oil & gas.
• Strong understanding of drilling equipment and field operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with MS Office and general computing.
• Willingness to work both in office and at client rigs/sites.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, evaluating suppliers, and vendor selection.
• Coordinate timely delivery of drilling equipment to clients.
• Assist management of international principals and suppliers relationships.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Follow up payments with suppliers and collect from clients.
• Maintain customer communication for feedback and opportunities.
• Attend meetings, discussions, and presentations as required.
• Provide after-sales technical support with suppliers.
• Help resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Prepare sales and activity reports for management.
• Conduct field visits to rigs/yards to support product applications.
