Job summary

You will maintain project documentation, ensure version control, filing, and distribution, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field and have 2-3 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Document Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Document Controller.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Aconex, SharePoint, or similar document control systems.
• Strong document management, version control, and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and manage project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure proper document version control, filing, and record management.
• Coordinate document submissions and distribution across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Upload, track, and maintain documents using document control systems.
• Monitor document status and ensure timely processing of project records.
• Support project teams by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with document management standards.
