Job summary

AHS in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Document Controller to support the flow of critical project information across developments. You will maintain project documents, ensure accurate filing, and coordinate submissions with consultants and contractors to keep records precise and accessible.

Proficiency with MS Office and hands-on experience with Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or another document management system is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 3+ years of document control experience in construction or real estate projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and hands-on experience with Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or another document management system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, and revision-controlled records.
• Ensure accurate filing, tracking, and distribution of technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage document submissions and approvals.
• Monitor document control procedures to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
• Prepare regular status reports on document flow, updates, and outstanding actions.
