ETS-Lindgren GmbH is seeking a Field Engineer to support field testing, data collection, and analysis for the Field Services Group. You will interact with clients in the electric power industry, including utilities, plants, and industrial sites, and contribute to report elaboration.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, familiarity with substations and power plants, and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50-60%.
JOB SUMMARY
The Field Engineer will support field testing, data collection, analysis and report elaboration for the Field Services Group. Duties will also involve direct interaction with clients and visiting customers in the electric power industry including utilities, generation plants, and industrial sites.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field OR a combination of equivalent experience, education, and training in the above areas
While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers and customers. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Must be capable of lifting 30 pounds. Must use assistance when lifting 50 or more pounds.
