eMagine Solutions is looking for a true 360 Recruitment Consultant in Dubai to drive business and deliver results. This full-desk role involves building client relationships, owning roles end-to-end, and closing placements within a high-performing team.

You will handle business development, account management, and delivery—sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates quickly while maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter.
• Comfortable with new business development (not just inbound roles).
• Strong delivery capability and urgency; you can fill roles, not just take them.
• Commercial mindset with confident negotiation and closing skills.
• Organised, consistent, and accountable with a high standard of candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Business development: identify, approach and win new clients through outreach, networking, referrals and meetings.
• Account management: grow existing accounts, deepen relationships, and spot repeat and upsell opportunities.
• Delivery: source, screen and shortlist high-quality candidates quickly and accurately.
• Process ownership: manage interviews, feedback loops, offers, counteroffers and closing.
• Market advisory: guide clients on salary benchmarks, availability, timelines and hiring strategy.
• Desk discipline: maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and accurate forecasting.
