Job summary

Management Solutions International (MSI) in Dubai seeks a 360° Business Development Manager to drive growth in staffing and recruitment, handling client acquisition, account management and end-to-end recruitment. You will build a UAE client network, manage multiple requirements, source candidates and close positions with strong negotiation and relationship skills.

The candidate should have 5 years of UAE staffing experience, excellent communication, and a proven track record in B2B business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5 years UAE staffing/recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
