Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Division Manager with interior design industry experience to build relationships with interior designers, consultants, and contractors, and to drive new business opportunities and sales.

You will manage the full sales cycle, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure project success in a fast-paced UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to engage with interior designers, consultants and contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within interior design, architecture, and construction sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to present company products and services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities in the UAE.
• Work closely with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide clients with product information, technical details, and design solutions when required.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
• Track project progress and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
