Job summary

Salt, a leading educational business in the UAE, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join its head office team in Dubai. You will lead a recruitment function of 15 staff and drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across head office and campus hiring, aiming for around 300 hires annually.

You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, design employer branding, and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent regionally across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment team of 15 people and entire talent acquisition strategy
• Design employer branding and proposition
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple, critical roles across head office and campus hiring. This will be around 300 hires per year
• Develop and preserve relationships with internal senior stakeholders, offering advise on recruitment solutions and process
• Acquire the best talent to further develop the efficiency of the company as a whole
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent, billed ATS data integrity, and regularly share updates with internal stakeholders
• Utilise innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top-tier talent
• Recognise recruitment enhancement ideas to implement across the region
