Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting or comparable advisory environments.
• Experience in destination-based leisure and entertainment is required; media or sports background is not equivalent.
• Experience leading strategy development and planning cycles with measurable outcomes.
• GCC / Dubai market experience and exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and long-range planning for the vertical aligned to group direction.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans, initiatives and roadmaps with clear ownership.
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses, success metrics and governance for priority initiatives.
• Drive value creation through financial modelling and scenario analysis across business units.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to secure input, alignment and accountability.
