Job summary

Dubai Holding is hiring a Director – Strategy & Value Creation (Hospitality Assets Focus) to lead the vertical’s strategy, plan development, and value creation initiatives. The role requires deep hospitality sector experience and the ability to translate enterprise direction into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

10–12 years in corporate strategy or management consulting for hospitality assets.
Direct exposure to hospitality assets, hotel real estate or portfolio strategy.
Proven track record translating strategy into prioritized initiatives.
Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership.
Experience in GCC / Dubai market preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the vertical's strategy and value creation planning for a 3–5 year horizon.
Translate strategy into actionable programs and roadmaps.
Develop financial models, scenarios and business cases.
Manage governance, priorities and resource allocation.
Lead and develop the strategy team; mentor staff.
Engage stakeholders across functions to secure input and alignment.
