Job summary

Nathan & Nathan is seeking a Director – Public-Private Partnerships in Abu Dhabi to lead strategic PPP initiatives across capital projects and infrastructure delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in PPPs, infrastructure development, or capital projects.
• Experience in project governance, investment coordination, or strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the department’s strategy for public-private partnerships and capital project initiatives.
• Establish and manage partnership frameworks to facilitate government-led infrastructure and capital projects.
• Identify, assess, and advance investment opportunities in collaboration with private-sector partners.
• Collaborate with government entities, private investors, and internal stakeholders to support project planning, structuring, and execution.
• Ensure partnership initiatives align with government priorities, strategic objectives, and project governance standards.
• Oversee the preparation and review of feasibility studies, business cases, project proposals, and investment assessments.
• Provide strategic insights, performance updates, and actionable recommendations to support senior-level decision-making.
• Strengthen organizational capabilities and frameworks for effective partnership development and infrastructure delivery.
