Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage partnerships and financing.
• Develop capital project financing with public joint-stock companies.
• Design frameworks and strategies for Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
• Oversee economic planning and evaluation of strategic projects.
• Review proposals and financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Assess financial risks and develop mitigation solutions.
• Develop scalable governance-aligned models.
• Provide specialized financial consultancy on project financing and partnerships.
• Build strategic relationships with financial institutions and investors.
