Job summary

Damac Properties is seeking an experienced Project Execution In-Charge - Façade in Dubai to lead delivery of façade works on high-rise projects. The role requires 17+ years in façade, UAE-based experience, and a Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred. You will manage subcontractors, drive site progress, and ensure timely finishing of façades.

Arab nationality preferred but not mandatory. This is a demanding, on-site leadership role in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• UAE-based façade project experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's preferred.

• Overall responsibility for project delivery and day-to-day project management.

• Strong capability to lead façade execution, manage subcontractors, drive site progress, and ensure timely completion and finishing of façade installation.
• Experience in cold-bent façades, UCW projects, and high-rise towers is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; Master's degree is preferred.
• Arab nationality preferred, but not mandatory.
• Candidates must have UAE based façade industry experience.
