Azizi Developments in Dubai is seeking a senior Project Lead for façade, aluminium curtain wall and building envelope projects. You will lead from design through handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and subcontractors while managing schedules, manpower and procurement.

The role requires 10+ years of façade experience in UAE/GCC, strong leadership and communication, and proven ability to deliver within tight deadlines, while ensuring compliance with UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage façade projects from commencement to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review façade drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and site activities.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and overall performance.
• Ensure façade works comply with approved designs, specifications, and UAE standards.
• Coordinate with design, BIM, estimation, production, procurement, and site teams.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and site-related issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Manage project documentation, reports, variations, claims, and handover requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and project requirements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, glazing, or building envelope projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale façade projects from design through installation and handover.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium curtain wall, cladding, glazing, windows, doors, and façade systems.
• UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
• Strong project management, leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
